Every visit starts with listening. Treatment plans are tailored to each person, and recommendations are based on what suits the client rather than what is currently trending. The stated aim is natural-looking results that enhance existing features without changing how a person looks.

A new client begins with a free 30-minute virtual complimentary consultation to talk through wellness and aesthetic goals. New patients then complete a comprehensive medical consultation before any treatment starts, and a pricing estimate is given at that stage because costs depend on the service, the treatment area and the individual's goals. Typical aesthetic appointments run 30 to 60 minutes.

The wellness side includes IV drips for hydration, immune support and recovery, a provider-led GLP-1 weight management program using Semaglutide or Tirzepatide with prescription management and routine follow-ups, and bio-identical hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Weight management and hormone wellness are offered as month-to-month memberships that can be canceled at any time, and members receive reduced pricing on follow-up visits and select treatments. Lab tests are billed separately when needed to monitor treatment.

The Glow Experience is a 120-minute private group wrinkle relaxer session for groups of four or more, brought to a home or another preferred place in the Lake Country area. It suits bridal parties, birthdays, girls' nights, corporate wellness events and other gatherings, and attendees receive group pricing.

The practice aims for natural results, enhancing features rather than changing them, and each plan is shaped around the individual.
