The lash menu is the main focus. Classic sets use one extension per natural lash for a soft, subtle look. Hybrid sets combine classic singles with volume fans, volume sets use lightweight handmade fans for fullness, and mega volume layers ultra light fans for a denser, more dramatic result. Wet/wispy sets pair delicate wispy spikes with soft volume, and anime and bottom lash styles are also offered. Anime sets can take three hours or more depending on how many natural lashes a client has. Fills are available between sets, including a 30-minute touch-up for a small gap or one area, and packages of four fills cover about two months.
Beyond lashes, the studio offers lash lifts that hold a curl for 8 to 12 weeks, lash tints, and a combined lift and tint that adds no extensions. It also offers hair extension consultations, where extensions are placed close to the scalp by weaving, braiding or bonding and may be real or synthetic hair, and microblading consultations that cover brow design, a preview of the final look, pricing, aftercare and follow-up scheduling. Skin care includes 15-minute ageless and glow facials and paraffin hand treatments, and waxing covers the lip, chin, cheek, eyebrow and full face. A deluxe tarot reading that includes a scalp massage and jelly mask is also listed.
Booking policies are relaxed. No deposit is required. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule as soon as they know, with 24 to 48 hours' notice appreciated, and same-day cancellation messages are accepted though advance notice helps the waitlist. Clients are advised to arrive five to ten minutes early, especially on a first visit, and wait in the lobby past the double doors until invited into the studio. The studio has free parking, disabled access, a restroom, a vending machine, a snack bar and WiFi, and it is described as LGBTQIA friendly. It is not set up for children, and English is the listed spoken language.
