Maggie's Weaving Studio

Magdaline "Maggie" Geffrard founded the studio in 2015 as an independent business in Stone Mountain. The studio describes itself as the only 5-star salon in the city, a claim it makes about itself. Its stated aim is to please every client and make each visit memorable.

The studio focuses on sew-in installation, offered in several styles: lace frontal, basic lace closure, full closure, and no-closure. Clients who already have a sew-in can book a weave retouch, which the studio recommends every two to three weeks. Custom bundles can also be colored at the studio.

Pricing depends on how complex each client's situation is, and prices may change. Clients who bring their own hair must bring at least two packs of 100% human hair, arriving with it washed, free of dirt and oil, and blow dried. Using one pack, more than three packs, splitting tracks, or re-using hair carries an extra charge, as does shampooing at the salon when hair does not meet the stylist's standards.

The studio is not responsible for hair loss from removal done elsewhere, or for lost or stolen items left in the shop. Walk-in clients may sign in and leave, then return when their name is called. Children and men are welcome only when being serviced, and clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian present who approves the service.

The studio aims to help clients feel confident in themselves and works with a range of express techniques.
