Maggie Eyebrows was founded as an independent business under its own name by the owner. Brows are the core of the menu: waxing, tinting, tweezing and brow lamination, with eyelash lifting and tinting alongside them.
Services are sorted into five groups. Eyebrows covers the single and combined brow services. Eyebrows with Maggie lists the same brow services performed by the owner, priced $5 to $10 more than the versions without her. Eyelashes covers lash lifting and tinting, including a combined lift and tint that takes 90 minutes. Face offers upper lip, chin and side waxing. Packages pair brow lamination with a brow wax, a brow tint, or both.
Appointments are booked online through the Book Now button on the website. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients booking an eyelash lift are asked to arrive without makeup or mascara. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $20, $40, $80 and $100 amounts or a custom amount.
The salon describes its studio as designed with luxury in every detail, and calls itself River North's most luxurious eyebrow and lash salon and the best in the business; those are its own claims. A barber shop on the lower level is run by Moe, the owner's business partner.
The business puts the client first, with the aim that every visit leaves people feeling welcomed, relaxed and beautiful.
