Facials are a large part of the menu. The Bossa Nova Classic Facial runs 60 minutes and includes deep-pore cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, extractions, a face and neck massage and a mask; the spa says its products are organic certified, vegan, gluten-free and cruelty-free. Other options include the Luminous C Facial, which uses Jan Marini's C-Esta line, the three-stage Hydro Facial, the Micro Diamond microdermabrasion facial, the Clinical Facial, and the Marini Peel and Marini Peel Advanced Treatment. Collagen mask, light therapy and oxygen infusion can be added to a facial.

Waxing covers the face, body, legs, arms, underarms, chest and Brazilian and bikini areas, with separate menus for men. Brows are shaped with gentle waxing and tweezing, and design and tinting are also offered. The spa advises that hair be about a quarter inch long before a Brazilian wax and recommends maintenance sessions every four to six weeks. It describes its wax as hypoallergenic and gentle.

Body services include the Chocolate Glow and Rain Forest scrubs, and the Brazilian Body Glow, a full-body exfoliation followed by a vichy shower and hydrating lotion. The In Spa Bioslimming Wrap takes 75 minutes and uses no bandages; products are massaged in, covered with plastic wrap for about 20 minutes, then finished with a gel. Massage options are deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal and sculpting, and lymphatic drainage is also offered. Infrared sauna sessions can be added to a facial, massage or body treatment.

Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early, since treatments start on schedule and late arrivals may have treatments shortened. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice. The spa adds a $3 sanitation fee to every visit, and it does not allow children under 12 in the facilities. Spa treatments are for guests 16 and older. The spa is a no-smoking location and accepts cash and major credit cards.

The spa keeps its boutique size so each guest gets full attention. Facials are personalized by an esthetician to each client's skin needs, with the stated aim of helping skin look and feel more youthful and vital.
