The studio is open Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 1:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 3:30 PM and Friday 10 AM to 2:30 PM, and is closed on weekends. A valid card must be on file to book. Reschedules or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; reschedules with less notice incur a 15% service fee, and cancellations with less notice incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service, and future appointments require a deposit. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and later arrivals may incur a cancellation fee or need to reschedule.
