The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute express treatment to a 90-minute customized facial. The Lucky Signature Facial begins with a consultation and skin analysis, then moves through a double cleanse, enzyme masque, extractions if needed, facial massage, a treatment mask and personalized aftercare. LED light therapy can be swapped in for the massage.

First-time clients can book the First Time Client Lucky Facial, a 90-minute visit with a deeper skin analysis and extra time to plan skin care goals and a routine. The Lucky Star Facial adds a chemical peel and includes a choice of LED light therapy or a neck and decollete massage. It cannot be booked as a first visit, so clients must first have a Signature or First Time Client facial.

The Lucky Bundle covers three 90-minute Lucky Star Facials, booked as a 105-minute first appointment and ideally spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart. It is listed at $90 off the three facials and requires a $25 deposit. The seasonal Pumpkin Probiotic Peel combines the Signature treatments with a pumpkin peel using Pumpkin Plus from Lira Clinical.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment are charged a 30% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.

Consultation-led and customized: each facial starts with a skin analysis, and the treatment and aftercare are tailored to the client.
