Booking expectations are set out in advance. A valid card must be kept on file to secure appointments, and it is not charged at booking unless a policy is broken. First-time clients need to book at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; a late cancellation is charged 50% of the service and a no-show 100%. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late are accepted, while arrivals 20 minutes or more late may be cancelled, and full service cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Prices are starting rates, and extra charges may apply for hair length, density, condition or added time. Hair should arrive free of extensions, manageable and ready for the service. Results and how long a style lasts depend on hair condition and at-home care, so they cannot be guaranteed.
