Every new client begins with a private consultation at the studio that takes about 45 to 60 minutes. The first visit covers a health and history intake, a facial and skin assessment, and a conversation about goals and options. Clients then receive a personalized treatment plan with timing and pricing, and they are not pushed to treat the same day. Numbing and comfort options are discussed before any treatment starts. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup.

Treatments are performed by Karlyne Bassam or a licensed member of the clinical team, under the oversight of a medical director. IV drips begin with a health screening and vitals, are given by a registered nurse, and are formulated by a licensed clinician. All IV therapy is given in the studio, and at-home IVs are not offered. Facial balancing is the service the business calls its best seller, and it is sold a la carte for a single area, as maintenance, or in three tiers.

The studio has a private suite and quiet hours, and free parking is right in front of the door. A $200 reservation fee holds most services and a $500 fee holds facial balancing, with the fee taken off the total on the day of the visit. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice. Inquiries are answered within one business day. Hours are Monday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday by appointment, and closed Sunday.

Builds filler treatment slowly and avoids overfilling, using anatomy-first, conservative dosing, with individualized plans that often recommend less than the client first asks for.
