Makeup is the core of the menu. Bridal options range from a one-hour trial that covers choosing a look and preparing the skin, to a full bridal day at the shop that includes individual false lashes and a brow consultation, or a longer on-location visit with travel within 40 miles. Bridal bookings require a 40% deposit, which clients forfeit if they cancel; the salon returns it if the salon cancels. Other makeup services include a full-face application, an everyday-and-evening lesson using the client's own products, costume makeup, bridesmaid looks, and makeup for headshots, family and pre-baby portraits, book covers, websites and editorial photos. A short introductory consultation is also available and its fee is waived with a product purchase. Clients are asked not to apply sunscreen before a makeup visit.

The salon also offers lash and brow services, including strip lashes that the salon supplies, individual lash extensions, and a brow clean-up. Waxing covers the face, from nose and lip to ear and sideburns, and the body, from underarms and legs to a full back. Infrared sauna sessions take place in a sauna bed and can be booked singly or as a package of four, where each visit pairs forty minutes in the bed with ten minutes on a vibration plate. Clients are asked to wear long sleeves, leggings and socks and to hydrate before and after. Sauna treatment is not offered to pregnant clients, those with seizures, or those with metal in the body. Private VIP parties for five to six people, including the host, take place at the client's location over two and a half hours and include a short makeup enhancement with education, a discount on eligible products, and prosecco; guests bring their own charcuterie board.

Retail is a large part of the business. The cosmetics line covers foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, blush, mascara, lip products, highlighters and bronzers, and the skin care line includes cleansers, moisturizers, serums, night creams, eye products and masques. A CBD skin care line adds a soothing cream, serums, a face wash, toner, moisturizer, night cream and primer, and a CBD cosmetic line is being introduced. The salon also sells makeup tools and brushes, fragrance and an organic body oil, and offers gift cards online. The salon says its products are premium-grade, paraben-free, sulfate-free, vegan, non-toxic and cruelty-free.
