MacDaddy Salon is owned by Stephanie Neubauer, who has run the salon since 2012. The salon describes its style as high-class service delivered in a low-key setting, and it says it works with prestigious product companies to help clients reach the look they have in mind.

Prices are starting points for many services. Stylist prices reflect experience, expertise and demand, and price differences for hair length, density and service time are set during a consultation. Prices may rise occasionally. Tipping is up to the client, and it can be done on card.

Booking online requires a credit card, and a deposit is taken for any service and applied to the total at checkout. To keep the deposit, an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. The salon asks for 24 hours' notice for cancellations and may charge up to 50% of the service cost, with a minimum of $25, for no-shows and non-emergency cancellations. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to rebook.

If a cut or color needs adjusting, the salon will do so at no extra cost within two weeks of the original appointment. Services already provided are not refunded. Open or used products can be exchanged for an equal or lesser value, but product returns and refunds are not accepted.

Works with established product companies and keeps its stylists learning through continuing education with Premier and Aveda.
