Mac Med Spa Framingham

Mac Med Spa was founded in 1976 by Deborah Freeman MacDonald, known as Debbie, who is still its owner. The spa has three locations: Hopedale, the flagship with the full range of spa services; Milford, which has a dedicated Duet room and online booking; and Framingham, which offers select services and takes bookings by phone only. The spa says it serves clients from many towns across the region, including Milford, Framingham, Natick, Medway, Newton and Boston.

The menu is broad. Facials run from short eye and high-frequency treatments to HydraFacials, oxygen facials, microneedling and dermal planing. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology and Lomi Lomi, and chair massage is offered at Milford. Body services include CoolSculpting, Strawberry Lipo and Ultimate Contour. The spa also offers laser hair removal, electrology, waxing, nails, lashes, brows and tint, permanent makeup, colonics, ear candling, injectables, skin tightening, and some ear piercing and teeth whitening.

Duet services are side-by-side treatments for two guests, suited to couples, friends, siblings, or a parent and child. They include massages, facials, a sauna session and pedicures, and are offered only at the Milford location. Anyone under the age of adulthood booking a Duet treatment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Every item is listed with a cash or check price and a higher credit card price. Payment is accepted by cash, check, credit card and Spafinder, and Spafinder gift cards are accepted at 80% of their value. Milford and Hopedale take online booking. Appointments within four hours must be booked by calling the spa directly. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday.

The spa says it uses top-quality products and advanced techniques across its menu, pairing facials, massage and body treatments with laser and injectable services.
