The studio was founded by Monica Nguyen, whose path began in music education and moved through a long career in a hair salon before she turned to permanent makeup and eyelash work. Skincare came after those services and is now part of the menu.

Brow procedures run two to three hours and use topical lidocaine for numbing. The color typically lasts two to three years, depending on skin type, aftercare and lifestyle. Brow color heals about 20% to 30% lighter than the first result, so every brow service includes a touch-up around six weeks later, priced at $150. Eyeliner sessions take a similar amount of time and also use topical numbing. Lip blushing, a semi-permanent tattoo that enhances lip color and shape, and dark lip neutralization are each priced at $550. Lip touch-ups are for existing clients only: $100 within three months, $150 within six months, and $250 within 24 months, with clients past 24 months assessed before booking.

Fibroblast treatments use an electric arc delivered through a probe that does not touch the skin, with a numbing cream applied first. The procedure itself takes 20 to 30 minutes, and the full visit is 60 to 90 minutes with numbing. Common treated areas include the upper and lower eyelids, neck, mid-face, wrinkles, crow's feet, smile lines and lip lines. Most clients have two sessions, and results are described as lasting an average of two to four years. Moles and birthmarks are not treated. The method may not suit every skin tone, particularly Fitzpatrick IV to VI, so a consultation is required first. A Fibroblast Plasma Therapy service is also listed, without a price. Each session ends with an aftercare cream from the therapist.

Two 45-minute facials are offered. The first, at $95, starts with a skin analysis and can include cleansing, custom exfoliation, massage, extractions, LED light therapy, a mask and ultrasonic ingredient penetration. The second, at $105, combines hydro wand infusion, diamond tip microdermabrasion, microcurrent and nano infusion. Membership packages cover repeat visits: Bronze at $100 for five sessions of any service over one month, Silver at $200 for fifteen sessions over one month, and Gold at $300 for twenty sessions over three months.
