The salon is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Bookings are made online through Glossgenius.

Two stylists work here. Mayumi Simmons is currently taking existing clients only. Tina Inoue works from a suite at Salon Suites and shares past work on Instagram.

Some services need planning. Balayage and foilayage, permanent waves and Brazilian Blowouts are longer appointments, and a consultation is recommended or required before booking some of them. Clients who cancel or no-show within 24 hours of an appointment are charged a 30% fee. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time with Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment.
