Cut and color visits begin with a consultation, followed by a custom color formula, toning, a precision cut, and a finishing style. Balayage, lived-in color, fashion and specialty colors, color corrections, and most extension services need a consultation before they are booked. Pricing and appointment length can change with hair length, density, texture, previous color, and the result you want. Same-day or last-minute appointments are accommodated when a stylist is available.

The Milbon Signature Head Spa runs 45 to 60 minutes and has Repair, Heat Repair, and Reawaken paths. Other hair treatments include an M Hair Specialty Cocktail with collagen and vitamin E applied under infrared heat, a formaldehyde-free Botox Smoothing Treatment, a vegan keratin treatment, and a keratin smoothing treatment. Treatments include a consultation, product selection, a scalp massage, and home-care guidance.

Esthetician services use products and technology from Zemits, Circadia, Skin Script, and DermaplanePro. Options range from a 40-minute express facial and dermaplaning with a custom mask to hydrodermabrasion paired with oxygen infusion, mesotherapy, radiofrequency, or LED. The Ultimate Skin Experience combines hydrodermabrasion, oxygen infusion, mesotherapy, radiofrequency, and LED in one visit. Extensions include clip-in, hand-tied weft, and strand-by-strand keratin tip options, all using premium-quality hair with a finishing style and care advice. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by text during business hours, and the salon accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
