The studio is open Monday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9:30 AM to noon. It is closed Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged 50% of the booked service, and a client who neither cancels nor arrives is charged the full price of the service.
Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or in a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The booking page shows 16 client reviews.
