Hair extensions are offered in several textures and shades, with upkeep through adjustments and treatments; according to the salon, the extensions are ethically sourced. Lash, makeup, nail and waxing services are also available. Hair and makeup artists can be booked for weddings through a booking form. According to the salon, its stylists have training for working with every hair type and across all age groups, including men and children.

Facials begin with a skin analysis by an esthetician and usually include cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and a facial massage, with recommendations for home routines. Massage is customized to each client and is available in light to medium pressure, deep tissue, NMT, hot stone and cupping. Nail visits include an examination of nails and cuticles and a hand or foot massage.

Clients can book online, by phone or in person, and online clients can choose their stylist. Free consultations are encouraged for first-time clients or major changes. Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability, though booking ahead is recommended. Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance by confirmation email or phone; later cancellations carry a $50 fee payable before the next service. Wedding bookings need 72 hours' notice, with a $100 fee for later cancellations. Service prices are on the pricing page and may vary by stylist. Allergy patch tests are available and recommended before color services. The salon does not currently run a loyalty program or offer bundles, but gift cards and a $25 coupon book of 12 coupons from each professional are available.

Beyond appointments, the salon hosts local events, product demos and pop-ups, and its space can be booked for shoots and wellness events. A local boutique sells gifts, home goods and handmade items from small-business vendors, with pick-up only for orders.
