The Advanced Custom Facials include a skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, and finishing products, and each one is customized at the time of the visit. The standard Level 1 through Level 4 Facials run from 60-70 minutes up to 90-120 minutes. Facials use professional-grade products with ingredients focused on correction, hydration, and brightening.

For acne, the Acne Ozone Facial takes 50 minutes and combines enzymatic exfoliation, extractions, a mask, and Ozone Therapy. The Acne Blue Facial takes 75 minutes and swaps in Blue LED Phototherapy. The site states that the acne specialist is Face Reality certified. The HydroFacial Express takes 30 minutes with a Peptide/Antioxidant Builder, and the HydroFacial Plus takes 60 minutes with a gentle peel, LED light therapy, and the same builder.
