Extensions are a major focus. The in-house BLEND Luxury Label line is used alongside the BLEND Hidden Bead Method, which the salon describes as its exclusive method. Other options are Tape-Ins, which suit fine or thin hair, Genius Wefts, which are thinner and more flexible than traditional hand-tied wefts and can be cut without unraveling, and K-Tips, single strands bonded to natural hair with a keratin-based adhesive and heat. An extension consultation covers goals, a hair assessment, customized recommendations, and pricing and scheduling. A 50% deposit holds the appointment date, and extensions need maintenance visits monthly, every two months, or every three months. New extension clients receive a swag bag with maintenance products and at-home care instructions.

Guests are offered coffee, tea, wine, champagne or water, plus snacks. Shampoo includes a warm towel and a warm eye pillow. The salon says its ECOHEADS showerheads reduce water and energy use by up to 65%. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice by phone, as text and email are not accepted; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service fee and no-shows 100% before rebooking. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, and children are welcome by appointment. Gratuity is taken by cash, check or Venmo rather than card.
