Families are welcome. Kids' cuts take about 30 minutes, and children receive a lollipop or sucker afterward. Parents waiting with children are offered a comfortable chair and a refreshment. Gray blending begins with a full consultation and color matching, is usually paired with a haircut that includes shampoo and conditioner, and takes about an hour. Waxing with hot wax is available for eyebrows, ears and nose, taking 15 to 20 minutes.

Visits are one-on-one, with each client working with a single stylist or barber in a private, semi-private setting.
