The clinic is inside Enliven Beauty and Wellness Collective in Whitefish Bay, a building of owner-operated suites that includes stylists, aestheticians, massage and Reiki therapists, and a boutique. Parking is free for the first two hours in the structure behind the building.

A consultation costs $50, is applied toward the first service, and helps determine which treatment suits each patient. It is required before fillers and before semaglutide. Fillers are not offered to patients who are pregnant, who have had a past bad reaction to fillers, or who have a history of anaphylaxis, and patients are asked to stop aspirin one week before filler treatment.

Treatments include neurotoxin injections with Botox or Xeomin for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, along with treatment for excessive underarm sweating and masseter injections for teeth grinding. Fillers, Sculptra and Radiesse address deep lines, lost volume and lips. Platelet rich plasma is drawn from the patient's own blood in the clinic and spun to separate the plasma, then used on the eyes, face and neck. Skin Pen microneedling, smooth PDO threads and weight loss injections round out the menu.

Pricing is listed in plain terms: neurotoxin is $12 per unit, underarm sweating treatment is $850 for 100 units, microneedling is $300 per session or $700 for three, PRP is $300 for one area, and weight loss injections start at $300 per month.
