Each session is planned around the individual client, with the aim of keeping natural lashes and brows healthy. Clients can choose between classic and hybrid lash extensions, with a special rate for new clients on a first full set. Fills are offered at two-week and three-week intervals, and a lash bath or removal is available when a client wants to stop wearing extensions.

On the brow side, the menu includes a simple wax and shape, HD brows, a brow tint paired with waxing, and lamination brow lifts, with or without wax and tint. Hair removal is limited to lip, chin and underarm waxing.

Booking is by card: a credit or debit card secures each appointment and stays on file until the client removes it. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 12 hours ahead avoid a cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Confirmations and reminders come by text and email, and contactless payment is accepted. Gift cards and products can be bought online, and a gift card balance can be checked there.
