Services are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. Changes made with less than one business day's notice may carry a 50% fee, and a no-call, no-show may be charged the full service cost. Late arrivals receive the time remaining, and some steps may be shortened. Hours are Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM.

Treatment plans are built around each individual client after a consultation that reviews skin history, sensitivities and goals, using a European diagnostic method. Sessions may combine Biologique Recherche formulas and boosters with OxyLight, microcurrent and radiofrequency, and the studio runs specialized protocols for sensitive, post-procedure or medically compromised skin.
