Services fall into brows, eyeliner, lips, lashes, nail care and waxing. Brow options are microblading, nano brows and ombre powder brows. Eyeliner includes design liner, a pre-drawn design that is confirmed with the client before the treatment. Lip blush uses a permanent makeup machine with a fine needle, a topical anesthetic is applied, and the pigment is matched to each client's skin tone. Visits generally start with a free consultation, lasting roughly 30 minutes, where the desired result, technique and skin type are discussed. A first appointment for a new client, including intake forms, consultation and service, runs about 2 hours. Touch-ups booked within 8 weeks cost less than the original service. The studio does not touch up other artists' work at touch-up pricing, and color correction carries extra fees. Clients with an existing tattoo from another artist should email photos for approval before booking, since the old tattoo must be very faded to be worked over. Booking requires a $200 non-refundable, non-transferable fee, deducted at checkout and valid for six months. The fee becomes void 48 hours before the appointment, and rebooking requires a new fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the fee. Eyeliner and lip blush are not performed on clients under 18. Hours are by appointment, with weekday, Saturday and Sunday times set separately. Nail services are offered alongside the permanent makeup work.
