Lyly Nguyen founded Ly-Brows Beauty and serves as its CEO and educator. She moved into cosmetic permanent makeup tattooing from skincare education and has more than a decade of experience in permanent makeup. She was trained in Germany, earned a Phibrows certification in 2014 and has completed advanced certifications across Europe.
