Lymphatic therapy, post-op recovery and related wellness care are performed under the medical direction of Dr. Mrudangi Thakur, a board-certified plastic surgeon. Lymphatic massage, also called Manual Lymphatic Drainage, uses light, rhythmic strokes and is not meant to be painful, and the specialist is gentle around tender post-surgical areas. Post-op clients usually begin three to seven days after surgery with surgeon clearance, and tummy tuck clients typically wait until their drains are removed. Drainage tube removal with sterile wound care is also offered. Surgical procedures are not performed at the business, and surgical inquiries are directed to an outside surgeon's office.

Facials are customized to each client's skin on the day of the treatment, and the esthetician analyzes the skin at the visit to recommend a chemical peel where appropriate. Six medical-grade chemical peels are offered, and medical-grade products are used in facials. Laser hair removal is performed with the Cutera Excel HR, which uses dual-wavelength technology and a built-in cooling system. Body sculpting covers options such as EvolveX InMode, ultrasonic cavitation, Contoura RF or TruSculpt, TempSure RF, lipo laser, anti-cellulite massage, wood therapy and thermal blankets.

A visit usually starts with a free consultation of about 30 minutes with the owner, offered for body sculpting, laser hair removal and Secret RF scar planning. Facials take place in a private suite with one client at a time, and treatment rooms are sanitized between appointments. Body sculpting is done in a dedicated suite with EvolveX InMode and BodyBoss compression therapy. The business is open Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, by appointment only, and ample parking is available.

Payment is taken after the appointment, not when booking, and the booking is secured with a card on file. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice by phone, text or email. Cancellations made with less notice, and no-shows, may be charged the full service price. A late arrival may shorten the session, and the session is still charged at the full price. Clients paying by cash, Zelle or Venmo get 3% off, and CareCredit financing is accepted. Gift cards are sold online and cannot be refunded.
