Enhancement options include acrylics, Gel X and press-on sets, builder gel, dip powder and gel overlays, along with fills, soak-off removal and extra-long lengths. Nail art is priced separately, from simple designs to full art. Pedicures range from regular and gel versions to deluxe spa treatments, and toe extensions and full toe sets are also available.
Services are non-refundable, but a problem reported within three days of a visit is fixed at no charge, and during a service clients can speak to their technician or the front desk so adjustments can be made before they leave. Card payments carry a 2.5% processing fee, American Express is not accepted, and a free ATM is inside the salon. Clients earn $10 off after 10 check-ins, and paying with cash earns stamps on a Cash Rewards Card toward the same $10 credit.
The salon says it uses products and tools it considers the best available and aims to give every client a good experience. Adjustments are made during the visit if a client is not satisfied.
