Services are grouped into eyebrow services, lip services and combo procedures. Eyebrow work includes shaping, microblading, touch-ups at 60 days, one year and two years, and retouches of work done by another artist. Lip work includes lip color, similar touch-ups, and retouches of lip work from another artist. Combo procedures pair eyebrow and lip permanent makeup in one visit, which takes about five hours, and include dark lip neutralization and laser tattoo removal, which is priced by size.
The studio also offers training. A six-day Fundamental Eyebrows and Lips course for beginners and beauty professionals totals 100 hours and is described as AAM accredited; the studio says its certificate is accepted by the Board of Health in any Massachusetts city. Shorter three-day masterclasses cover lip blush technique, color theory, lip neutralization and client safety, and eyebrow mapping, shaping, symmetry and custom brow design.
Booking is recommended, and a credit card number is required to confirm an appointment. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; cancellations with less than four hours' notice incur a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged the full fee. Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early, since late arrivals receive a shortened treatment. Gift certificates work for any treatment, package or retail product, are non-refundable and expire six months after issue. Treatment packages are non-refundable, and unused portions cannot be transferred or exchanged. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, with prices in USD subject to change. Children may attend only while receiving a treatment with an adult, and smoking and alcohol are not allowed on the premises.
