About
Luzia began as a hairdresser in 1988, the year she opened a beauty salon in Brazil. She later opened a salon in Somerville, MA in 2003 and sold it in 2010, and opened a salon in Medford in 2010. After about 30 years of hairdressing she moved into micropigmentation, and she is the owner of Luzia's Beauty Studio.
She completed her first micropigmentation training in 2017 and has taken numerous advanced trainings in the six years since. She is certified through the American Academy of Micropigmentation and the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Her work is eyebrow and lip micropigmentation, and she works with former clients as well as new clients over 18.
