Each visit starts with a consultation, which is free and lasts about 30 minutes. It covers natural lashes, eye shape, lifestyle and the look a client wants, and the set is then built around those answers, with retention in mind. The studio offers classic, hybrid, volume and specialty styles, and most can be done with traditional adhesive or with the optional UV/LED process, which uses a small LED curing light to set the adhesive during the appointment. The studio says the UV/LED option can improve retention and hold up better to humidity, sweat and water, and that it may suit clients who react to traditional adhesive.

Lash fills are priced by style and interval, from one to four weeks. A fill is for a client returning within four weeks who still has at least 40% of lashes from the previous appointment; after four weeks, or when the client has extensions from another artist, a full set is needed, and fills are not done over another artist's extensions. Arriving 30 minutes or more late may require rescheduling and is treated as a late cancellation, and late arrivals keep the original end time. Appointments need to be canceled or moved at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations on shorter notice, no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service, and a card on file is required for those.

Booking is through an online Square page that is available at any hour, and clients can also call the studio. Touchups are free when booked within three days of a set. After each service, the artist gives aftercare guidance and a personalized maintenance plan.

Each set is customized to eye shape, natural lashes, lifestyle and desired look, with retention in mind.

The studio describes itself as quaint and cozy, with a recliner chair for client comfort.
