Oncology support and medically assisted weight loss are also part of the offering.

The team includes nurse practitioners, medical assistants and licensed medical estheticians. Facial services are performed by licensed medical estheticians, RNs and nurse practitioners, and the salon describes its injectable team as master injectors. Hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm, with the studio closed on Sundays.

Visits usually begin with a consultation to talk through goals. Injectable treatments typically take 30 to 60 minutes and use topical numbing, neurotoxin sessions usually run 15 to 30 minutes, and lash application sessions typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.

Beyond treatments, the spa offers oxygen therapy, guided meditation with aromatherapy, vibration plate therapy and massage chairs, and nitrous oxide is available for comfort. Payment options include CareCredit, which according to the salon offers 6 to 24 months of interest-free financing, 0% in-house financing through FriendlyFi, and HSA and FSA payments. Changes to appointments need at least 48 hours' notice; late changes, cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service cost or $75, whichever is greater, to the card on file.

Aesthetic treatments are offered alongside medical care, and medical staff are present at the location. Medical services include IV therapy, peptide treatments, hormone-related care, sexual wellness, and medically assisted weight management.
