Silk presses and blowouts make up much of the styling menu. A Luxx Blowout Experience takes about 60 minutes and includes a luxury shampoo, blow-dry and precision trim. The Luxx Silk Press Experience is designed for returning guests and adds a customized treatment, taking about 120 minutes. First-time guests, or anyone who has not visited in three or more months, can book the Deluxe Silk Press Experience, a roughly 150-minute visit that starts with a consultation and includes a scalp analysis and scrub, steam therapy, a strengthening treatment, blow-dry, trim and silk press.

Extension services include quickweaves and sew-ins built on a protective braid foundation, with steam therapy and a trim before installation. The salon recommends three to four bundles of the same length for either install. Luxury Packages use luxury raw extensions, with a recommended wear of four to five weeks for quickweaves and two to three months for sew-ins. Extension refreshes and removals are offered only for installs the salon completed. Natural hair needs to be four to six inches long for extension services, and clients bringing their own extensions must have them clean and shampooed before the appointment.

Booking runs on a set schedule. Appointments open on the 15th of each month at noon Eastern for the following month, and hair-included appointments need to be booked at least seven business days ahead. Online bookings require a $30 deposit. Smoothing treatments and hair color need a consultation first, and an appointment without one can be cancelled. Changes must be made at least 48 hours ahead; a later cancellation is charged 50% of the service total to the card on file, and unpaid fees must be cleared before new appointments can be booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients must be 16 or older to book.
