Extensions are a major part of the menu. Hair is applied by beading natural hair and hand-tying the extension weft onto it, with no glue or tape. The studio's booking page describes this method as the best on the market, citing more fullness with less damage; that is the studio's own claim.
For color, the studio offers full highlights across a complete head of foils, mini highlights placed around the face and the mohawk section, and halo highlights. A touch-up is recommended every six to eight weeks for full highlights. Gloss and Dry is a service between highlight appointments that tones warmth and adds shine without lightening the hair. Smoothing is available through the Brazilian Blowout, which the booking page says lasts up to 12 weeks, and a 60-minute split end treatment that strengthens hair and seals the cuticle. The Brazilian Blowout requires a $50 deposit.
Pricing varies by service. Some services carry listed prices, including extra time, texturizing, Root Smudge and the halo highlight combinations, which start at stated amounts. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service plus a 50% non-refundable deposit toward the next appointment, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full cost of the service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and cannot be refunded. Signature haircuts are for women and girls, and men's and boys' cuts are not offered.
