Clients who are unsure which color service suits them can book a complimentary 15-minute consultation to compare color correction, vivid color and highlights. Longer color appointments include scalp massage and a blowout, and foilayage visits include a pre and post lightening treatment, toner or gloss, and a root tap.

The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with varying hours, and is closed on Thursdays and Sundays. Payment is accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours carry a 25% fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged 50%. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
