Manicures and pedicures are sold as named treatments grouped into a manicure bar and a pedicure bar. A Quick Shot manicure at $25 covers trimming and shaping, cuticle care, massage, a warm towel and polish. The Herbal Spa manicure at $49 adds a green tea soak, hot stone massage, a paraffin dip and a mask. Pedicures run from a 20-minute Quick Shot to a 80-minute Hot Lava Lux at $105, and are performed in whirlpool spa chairs with disposable liners in the bowls. A Long Island pedicure can be extended for $10 to include ten minutes of hot jade stone massage.

Nail enhancements include full sets and refills in gel color, hard gel, Gel X, tap gel, pink and white, and dip powder. Prices vary for different shapes and extra length. Add-on services let clients add shaping, callus removal, French or chrome designs, paraffin, hot stone, or removal of gel or acrylic to another service. Eyelash extensions range from cluster lashes to xtreme mink sets, and waxing covers the face, body and legs.

The salon says it follows high sanitation standards. New nail files, buffers and pumice stones are used for each client and thrown away afterward, and metal instruments are cleaned, sealed in sterilization envelopes and autoclaved at 249°F before service. The polishes are described as 5-free, and the products are stated to contain no parabens, phthalates, mineral oil, synthetic sulfates, triethanolamine or gluten. The salon also says it leads in honest, natural, clean and ethical manufacturing.

Clients should book with at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or time changes. Missed appointments may be charged in full, and a deposit may be required for future bookings after a no-show. Nail fixes must be booked within three days of the original service. Cards carry a $1.5 surcharge; cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and salon gift certificates are accepted, but checks are not. Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase. Seasonal beverages are offered, and alcohol requires valid ID and is limited to one glass per client receiving a service.
