Luxury Lash Academy

Luxury Lash Academy trains people in eyelash extensions and microblading from its Atlanta headquarters, which is also its class location. The academy says it has more than 24 years of experience in the field, and it describes its instructors as lash and microblading experts. Its listed hours are 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, and its class schedule runs from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, subject to change.

The main lash course runs two days. The first day combines a manual overview, mannequin practice and hands-on work on a first live model, with lessons on hygiene and safety, lash theory, tools, adhesives, designing and systematic placement. The second day moves to live models and covers removal, a lash perm demonstration, a cluster lash demonstration, and a session on marketing, licensing, insurance and running a business. Model appointments run about two to three hours, and lunch and light refreshments are provided both days.

A one-day volume lashes course is offered for professionals who already have lash extension proficiency, and students must document that proficiency before class. A custom lash extension class also covers lash mapping, precision application and styling methods. Students who need more help after a course can return to headquarters to shadow master lash specialists at no charge.

The two-day microblading class covers brow mapping, pigment selection, stroke patterns and control of skin depth, with hands-on training. Classes are held in person in the classroom or by Zoom.

A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to book, and the balance must be paid in full before class begins. Tuition can be financed through THC Tuition Financing in four monthly interest-free payments, or paid in full. Students receive a student certification, a kit and photos at the end of the course, and must follow their state board licensing rules, which vary by state.

Training is delivered in-house and covers all areas of eyelash enhancement, with small classes so each student gets personal attention. The academy states its adhesives differ from regular eyelash glue and should be handled only by licensed and certified professionals.
