An in-person brow design and focus evaluation costs $150 and is a separate fee, not part of a treatment package. A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with the owner or team is also offered, and the front desk takes calls from 8 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Phone consultations may begin at the booked time or up to 5 minutes after. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, and services are offered in English. Ombre brow tattoo pricing is $499 for session 1 or $719 for sessions 1 and 2 together. The second session is a perfecting visit that adjusts shape and fills color for $299 and is scheduled 8 to 12 weeks after the first. The site says ombre brow tattoos last 2 to 5 years or more with proper aftercare. Other listed work includes cosmetic eyeliner tattoos for the top and bottom lids in phases, lip lightening in phases, beauty mole permanent makeup, and tattoo cover and correction for work done by another artist at $300, which may take several sessions customized to skin condition and pigment. The studio recommends its Gold Skin Protection Membership for tattoo cover and correction clients, which gives a reduced member rate on longer-term color boosts and refinement sessions.

Booking terms are firm. Deposits are non-refundable. Brow changes need 48 hours' notice to reschedule and transfer the deposit, otherwise the deposit is forfeited. No-call, no-show appointments forfeit the deposit and future appointments are not booked. Clients more than 15 minutes late have their appointment cancelled without refund and must rebook with a new deposit. Before a visit, clients are asked to avoid coffee or caffeine for 24 hours and alcohol for 48 hours, and to avoid certain blood thinners, supplements and vitamins for 72 hours, with Tylenol as the stated pain reliever. The studio does not book clients who are pregnant, nursing or diabetic, taking blood thinners, have viral infections or disease, are undergoing chemotherapy, are under 18, are using Accutane, or are prone to keloid scarring. The studio is not kid friendly.

The studio emphasizes gentle technique, consistent healed results and client education, and it sets clear pre-visit preparation and booking rules.
