Massage is a large part of the menu. Signature Swedish and Deep Tissue sessions can be blended with aromatherapy, thermo-therapy, reflexology and a sound therapy the guest chooses. Hot stone options use heated oils and warm basalt stones, and the Signature Hot Stone version adds dry loofa exfoliation and a custom essential oil blend. Aveda Chakra Balancing combines deep tissue, hot stones, foot reflexology, energy work and guided meditation, and Aveda Elemental Nature is built around the guest's favorite Aveda scent with a hand and foot relief treatment. Prenatal massage is offered to clients past their first trimester, and a CBD option adds CBD treatment to achy areas. A couples room lets two guests be treated side by side.

Facials and peels use Aveda, Guinot and Mirific products. Options include the Aveda Elemental Nature Facial, which is tailored to the client's skin, and the Aveda Tulasara Facial, which the salon says can address dry, oily, aging, uneven, sensitive and acne-prone skin as well as eye concerns. Hydra Peeling comes in a standard version and a gentler one for sensitive skin. Aveda describes its Perfecting Plant Peel as performing like a 30% glycolic peel without redness and irritation. Other options include dermaplaning, a back facial, and a Mirific body scrub made with four oils.

Spa parties are a major offering, for birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, work groups and friend groups. Parties booking four hours or more of services receive a complimentary bottle of Champagne, and an optional light buffet is available for $40 per party when the party starts after 10am. Group bookings need a credit card, which is charged only if the group fails to cancel within the grace period and does not show up.

Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and first-time spa guests complete a form before service. Late arrivals have their treatment time shortened. Cell phones should be turned off before entering the spa area, and children must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving services. Returning clients can get $10 off an hour-long or longer massage or facial when they come back within 30 days, or $5 off within 60 days, with no contract or membership needed.

Services are designed around guest relaxation, with Aveda products and treatments adjusted to the client's skin, scent preference or body where the service allows.
