The Procedure Suite on Fifth Avenue holds accreditation from the AAAASF, the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, and can carry out full general anesthesia on its premises. Only board-certified anesthesiologists give any sedation there. The suite has a private entrance and exit, a separate assessment room and lounge for patients' escorts, and a two-bed recovery room. It opened in 2018 and has handled hundreds of procedures. Outside surgeons can also book its operating room. Surgical care in New York City takes place either in a doctor's office or at hospitals and surgicenters, and this suite is one of those options.

Out-of-town and international patients begin with a pre-consultation, followed by an in-person consultation, with surgery generally one to two days later. A deposit by check or credit card secures surgery dates, and the final payment is made at the in-person consultation. Patients are advised to stay in the city for one to two weeks after surgery for monitoring, and private duty nurses can provide round-the-clock care in the patient's hotel room or suite.
