Services are grouped under brows, lashes, lash training and waxing. Brow options include threading, waxing, tinting and lamination, plus a combined wax, lamination and tint visit that takes two hours. The lash menu covers lash lifts, classic, angelic, wet, hybrid, volume and mega volume sets, along with touch-ups, removal and aftercare kits.

Booking requires a deposit, which is credited toward the full payment. Touch-ups and the combined brow service have smaller deposits, and the lash training seminar requires $250. The booking note should include your name and Instagram handle. Guests are not allowed at appointments. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, mascara, glue residue and oil-based products; makeup removal is charged extra.

The policies are firm. Clients running late get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 fee is added, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full appointment fee, and no-shows are banned from future bookings. Same-day or last-minute squeeze-ins and after-hours appointments carry a $25 fee. Final payment is accepted in cash only, and refunds are not offered.

For lash services, clients have 48 hours to report a flaw and return to have it fixed. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
