Michelle's background includes more than seven years in the corporate and franchise lash industry, including a seat on a stylist committee. She also became a master stylist trainer and taught stylists across multiple locations.
Because one stylist runs the studio, each appointment is reserved for a single client. Services cover classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, refills, removal, a Korean lash lift, and a free patch test for new clients. Hours are Monday 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday to Friday 9:30 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 12:30 PM.
Appointments are secured with a valid card on file and a $25 deposit. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations or missed visits carry a fee of 30% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full service. Clients arriving 10 to 15 minutes late may need to rebook. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Run as a solo studio, with one client reserved per appointment.
