The team now includes hair and color specialists, a lash and skincare artist, a certified massage therapist, and barbers.

Hair color options range from a single all-over process for covering gray to traditional highlights and balayage or ombre customized to each client's hair and skin type. Corrective color is priced individually for moving from a dark shade to a light one or fixing existing color problems. Women's cuts include a consultation, shampoo and blow-out style. Stylists also install, custom cut and layer hair extensions, and offer Brazilian blowouts that aim to reduce frizz and add shine.

Lash services begin with a consultation with a licensed lash stylist before every new set. Facials start with a skincare consultation followed by cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, a power treatment and a mask. Massage styles include Swedish, therapeutic, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy and prenatal. The salon also runs princess parties for girls ages 5 to 10, and a community program called Haircut for the Homeless, which offers a clean shave, a haircut and a warm meal. The salon says it has served over 10,000 guests.

Artists continue their education and keep up with new techniques, products and styles.
