Before a service, clients can bring photos of looks they like and dislike to the consultation. Second- or third-day hair is accepted. Clients running late are asked to call, and appointments that run more than 30 minutes past their start may be rescheduled. Children are welcome only for appointments lasting an hour or less. Haircuts, hair color and treatments include a shampoo and blowout. Service prices depend on hair length and thickness, and color correction is priced after a consultation.

Makeup can be done in the salon or on location, and on-location services include a travel fee based on distance. Private makeup lessons are available in the salon or at home. The salon also takes on editorial and film work, priced by the half or full day, with clients contacting the salon for the rate. Products available through the online shop include KENRA silkening heat creme and the Bio Ionic long barrel curling iron 1.25, and gift cards are sold from $25 to $200.

Each stylist shows their own style and works independently under the one salon name.
