The salon aims to give each client a personalized experience that enhances their natural beauty. Hair services use high-quality products, including the L'Oréal Professional line. Skin services are customized to each client's skin type and the result they want, with options ranging from classic facials and microdermabrasion to enzyme, lactic, glycolic, salicylic, Jessner and TCA peels.

The space is upscale but warm, with a clothing boutique at the front. Guests can enjoy a glass of wine during their services. Consultations are complimentary and recommended for exact color pricing, and balayage, corrective color, vivid color, hair extensions and bridal services are booked by consultation. Credit card details are required to hold an appointment. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows are charged the full fee.

Pricing reflects how much time and detail each service takes, so the cost can differ depending on a client's hair type and which stylist they book. Longer or thicker hair raises the price of cuts and color. Figures shown as starting at amounts are the lowest possible price. The salon does not give refunds. A client who is unhappy with their hair can reach out to their stylist within one week to ask for reasonable adjustments. The salon accepts new clients, and staff will match a newcomer with a stylist if they ask. On Mondays the doors open at 11 AM and close at 6 PM. From Tuesday through Thursday the salon runs 10 AM to 8 PM. Friday hours are 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday hours are 9 AM to 5 PM. Sundays are reserved for booked appointments only.
