The menu is built around natural and relaxed hair. Silk outs are priced by length, and there are silk presses, blowouts, relaxer touch-ups and full relaxers, along with color, cuts, trims, short-hair cuts with fades and braid-downs for wigs. Several packages combine a scalp detox, wash and deep conditioning, and some add a trim and style.

Booking is done through StyleSeat, where the salon's profile is listed with a 5.0 rating from 373 reviews. StyleSeat adds its own $2.00 booking fee, which the salon cannot refund. Clients can pay with cash, Zelle, or a debit or credit card.

The salon is open Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday through Wednesday.
