The salon is in an office building made of shipping containers, on a side road off Sawdust Road and I-45. Free parking is available at the building. Appointments are by booking only, though same-day appointments are often possible if they start at least two hours after the call. New clients book online through GlossGenius, add a card on file, and complete an appointment form and waiver there. Clients choose their artist and time when booking.

Inside, every chair has warm blankets and phone chargers. Free wifi, snacks, and dirty sodas, lattes and energy drinks are provided, and the shampoo bowls are designed to be comfortable enough to doze in. Clients can chat, take work calls, or simply relax, and there is no required small-talk policy.

Extension work follows its own process. A complimentary 20-minute consultation comes before any install and covers a custom quote and color match. All installs are package-priced, and a 50% deposit at consultation secures the install date. Complete packages typically start around $1,250, depending on method, hair and stylist. Micro K-tip is maintained about every three to four months with good at-home care, and hand-tied beaded wefts are moved up every six to eight weeks.

The salon says it invests in its stylists, and continuing education is a core commitment. Assistants train hands-on alongside senior artists, and when a chair opens the salon says it hires from its applicant list first.
