The facial menu runs from a 30-minute session for preteens and teens aged 17 and under to a 90-minute treatment with aromatherapy, steam, extractions, a custom masque, Gua Sha and lymphatic massage. Mid-range options include a relaxation-focused facial, a facial built around extractions and microdermabrasion, and a 70-minute facial where oxygen infusion, ultrasound, LED or cryotherapy can be added according to skin needs. Dermaplaning is available as a $15 add-on, and a pumpkin enzyme facial with a head, neck and shoulder massage is also on the menu.

The Clear Skin Method is the studio's structured acne program. The first visit is a 90-minute consultation covering skin analysis, a review of lifestyle and products, a customized treatment and a home care plan. Follow-ups are recommended about every two weeks during active clearing, usually six to ten visits over two to five months, and later sessions address post-acne scarring, pigmentation and texture. A six-session series of Phase 1 follow-ups is priced at a discount. The Cellular Renewal facial, at 70 minutes, combines microneedling, serums, cryotherapy and LED light therapy. The studio notes up to 48 hours of downtime afterward and asks clients to avoid direct sun and heavy sweating.

Beyond facials, the studio offers men's services including a full men's facial with a beard treatment for bearded clients, a men's back treatment for back acne and congestion, and a range of small gentle wax details. Ombré Brows is a three-hour semi-permanent brow service for clients who have not had brow pigment work before, with a perfecting session four to eight weeks later, a refresh for returning clients, and a correction for brows done elsewhere. Lash lifts, with or without tint, and waxing of face and body areas round out the menu. Minor skin tags can be removed in a 60-minute session.

Communication is by text or email only, and phone calls are not taken. Replies may take up to 24 hours, with in-app messaging offered for a faster response. A 50% deposit is due at booking, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Services and product sales are final, and clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule. Additional guests and children are not accommodated.

Treatments are chosen around skin needs, with add-on technologies such as oxygen, ultrasound, LED or cryotherapy selected per client. Acne care is delivered as a phased, multi-visit program with home care guidance.
