The lash extension menu covers five set styles. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash, with a choice of length and curl. A hybrid set mixes classic and volume lashes, which the salon says typically lasts longer. A volume set adds five to seven very thin lashes to each natural lash, a mega volume set adds up to 15, and a 3D set places three thinner lashes on each natural lash. The salon also offers a lash lift that curls natural lashes without extensions or mascara, with results it says last six to eight weeks.

Brow services include lamination, which shapes, smooths and sets natural brows and is said to last for weeks, as well as regular tinting for a soft look and hybrid tinting for a bolder, longer-lasting effect. Brow waxing is also available. Waxing covers facial areas including brows, upper lip, chin and cheeks, and body areas including full legs, underarms and bikini. The salon uses high-quality waxing products and gentle techniques.

Memberships include two lash fills per month at a locked-in discounted rate. Senior Stylist memberships run from $130 to $170 per month and Master Stylist memberships from $150 to $190, depending on lash type. Members receive 15 percent off a full lash set, which cannot be combined with specials, and 10 percent off products and add-on services, along with early access to preferred appointment times. There are no sign-up or cancellation fees and no long-term commitment, and memberships can be cancelled at any time. They can only be signed up for in person at the salon and are for the member only.

Booking requires a $30 deposit for a lash fill or full set, a lash lift or brow lamination. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice, otherwise a $50 fee applies, and clients more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or cancelled with a fee, without any extension of service time. New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup or strip lashes and with clean lashes. Before a lash appointment, the salon advises avoiding caffeine and energy drinks. Afterward, lash extensions should stay dry for the first 24 hours, and oil-based products and waterproof mascara should be avoided. The salon also runs eyelash extension classes in San Diego and says it trains students to apply extensions confidently when they finish.

The salon says its lash and brow treatments are customized for each client, and it works with high-quality lash extension materials and gentle waxing techniques.
