Extensions range from classic sets, with one extension placed on each natural lash, to hybrid sets that blend classic and volume techniques, and volume sets that fan several lightweight extensions onto each natural lash. Two and three week fills keep existing sets maintained, and a lift and tint curls natural lashes without adding extensions. The studio says extensions last four to six weeks with proper care, and the lift and tint about six to eight weeks.

First-time clients are offered a consultation. Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup or mascara, remove contact lenses, arrive ten minutes early, and skip caffeine to limit eye fluttering. Afterward, lashes should stay dry for the first 24 hours, be brushed daily with a clean spoolie, and be kept away from oil-based products near the eyes. The space is designed to feel calm and peaceful.
