Acne care pairs professional treatment with home care, and takes lifestyle and internal factors into account, including gut health and hormones. According to the business, acne care is provided by a certified acne specialist with more than ten years of experience clearing acne.

Permanent makeup, including powder brows, nano-brows, eyeliner and lip blush, is performed by a licensed esthetician. Clients receive intake paperwork before the first visit and are asked to complete it in advance. A 30% deposit is charged at booking to hold an appointment. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice, since a later cancellation forfeits the deposit. Clients are asked to text as soon as they expect to be late, and a no-show is charged the full service price.
